Refund policy

RETURNS

We hope you will be thrilled with your purchase but if you are not, we are happy to issue a refund within 14 days from the delivery date. 

Please click here to start processing your return.

We do not enclose return forms with our orders, as we are trying to reduce the amount of paper we generate.

Please be aware that items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as they were received. We cannot exchange or refund damaged goods. Please pack jewellery in a well-padded container to avoid any damage in transit.

We recommend you obtain proof of postage, as the goods are your responsibility until they reach us.

In the interests of fraud prevention, your refund will be issued to the same card that was used during the initial payment.

All return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility and cannot be refunded unless the item was originally faulty; if this is the case please e-mail us at hello@lulub.co.uk.

The cost of return, £3.50, will be deducted from your return to cover Royal Mail Tracked Shipping - unless otherwise discussed with our customer service team.

Please note, we are not able to accept returns on:

  • Earrings unless they are faulty (for hygiene reasons)
  • Sale items
  • Gifts without a receipt but are happy to make an exchange.
