- Wednesday 17th December for Standard Delivery
- Friday 19th December for First Class Delivery
- Monday 22nd December for Next Day Delivery - LAST DAY FOR SHIPPING BEFORE CHRISTMAS!
Between Christmas and New Year, we will only ship out NEXT DAY DELIVERY orders on Monday 29th December, for those that require Lulu B London in time to sparkle for New Years Eve!
All standard orders received during the Christmas period will be dispatched on the 5th January 2025.

We despatch items via Royal Mail Second Class (48 hour) Recorded Shipping Service and your order will arrive within 2-5 working days. Please note a signature is required for orders over £150.00, so please bear this in mind when specifying your preferred delivery address.
We cannot refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. In the unlikely event of Royal Mail losing your order, they require 15 working days to investigate the missing item. After this period, if the item has indeed been lost, please contact our customer care team at hello@lulub.co.uk.
Next Day UK Delivery (Order by 12pm)
- Monday-Friday - £8.00
Overseas Delivery
All European orders are £10.00 and Worldwide orders are £15.00; these will be sent using the UPS or DPD ‘Internationally Signed For’ service.
When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays. Any customs duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Gift purchasing
If you are buying a gift, we will be pleased to send it directly to the recipient’s home address. All our full price jewellery is supplied in a Lulu B London pouch and gift box. If you opt in for gift wrapping we tie a beautiful ribbon around the box with a gift tag, and this additional service is free!
