We despatch items via Royal Mail First Class and your order will arrive within 2-5 working days.
Any items over £50 or gift wrapped will be sent via Royal Mail First Class Recorded; therefore please note a signature is required for this service so please bear this in mind when specifying your preferred delivery address.
We cannot refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. In the unlikely event of Royal Mail losing your order, they require 15 working days to investigate the missing item. After this period, if the item has indeed been lost, we will be only too happy to resend or refund your order. Royal Mail may contact you by post to confirm our claim.

All European orders are £8.00 and Worldwide orders are £10.00; these will be sent using the Royal Mail ‘Internationally Signed For’ service.
When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays. Any customs duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
If you are buying a gift, we will be pleased to send it directly to the recipient’s home address. All our jewellery is supplied wrapped in tissue popped into a Lulu B pouch. If you opt in for gift wrapping we pop it in a navy gift box tied beautifully with our Lulu B ribbon.
We hope you will be thrilled with your purchase but if you are not, we are happy to exchange or refund within 7 days from the date of receipt (excluding original delivery costs).

Please be aware that items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as they were received. We cannot exchange or refund damaged goods. Please pack jewellery in a well-padded container to avoid any damage in transit.
All returns must be sent to us with a copy of your delivery note and we recommend you obtain proof of postage, as the goods are your responsibility until they reach us.
In the interests of fraud prevention, your refund will be issued to the same card that was used during initial payment. N.B. For hygiene reasons, we are not able to accept returns on earrings unless they are faulty.
All return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility and cannot be refunded, unless the item was originally faulty.
We do not refund gifts without a receipt but are happy to make an exchange.
